Paul — Founder, HYRRA
Founder of HYRRA, Paul brings over 23 years of experience helping organisations grow through high-impact talent acquisition. His career spans executive search, in-house leadership, and scaling businesses from the inside—giving him a practical operator-led perspective on what hiring infrastructure needs to look like to support growth.
Prior to HYRRA, Paul held senior in-house roles including Global Head of Talent Acquisition for a NASDAQ-listed fintech and Head of People within a technology business, where he helped build and scale teams during critical growth phases.
He also spent more than a decade in Asia and most recently served as Managing Director for Southeast Asia at Elliott Scott HR, partnering with organisations across the region on senior HR search mandates.
